      Well hey, welcome to reality. That's what 'taping' a special is sometimes like. You get 'do overs' and an astute artist will use them to polish the finished product. You'll see that the aired finished product will present quite differently. If it were simply a live performance, he would have pushed through, imperfections and all. What you 'see' on T.V. is not at all what actually goes on behind the scenes to pull it all together.

      Get this in Velvet Goldmine it starred Ewan, Jonathan and Christian Bale.
      Yeah, I DVR that on the IFC! No commericals. They are all very interesting actors.
