Omfg the idiocy of people just astounds me sometimes. Believe it or not your body does change with childbirth and the older you are when you have a child, the worse it gets. You are told that a pregnant woman will be "radiant" and the worst you can really expect is a little discomfort, and after a little exercise everything will be back to normal. Reality- say hello to stretch marks and cellulite, it takes a long time for your body to get back to what it was and in a lot of cases (except for those that are young mothers or just plain lucky) your body will never be the same without surgery. Your breasts will look hot while breastfeeding, but afterwards gravity is likely to take hold- think about it, they got big with milk and now that that milks gone what do you think is going to happen? The bigger your breasts are before childbirth the worse this will be. There's a lot more I could say but I doubt that the morons who make comments about "poochy bellies" and "fake boobs" (hello, not fake, full of milk? duh?) have the intelligence to understand anyway. I have had 2 kids delivered by c-section (and no, not too posh to push, just unable to deliver vaginally) and I just turned 41 and I can tell you, I do not look even remotely as good as she does. I know a lot of women HALF her age who don't look half as good as her either!
