Perhaps in a nod to beloved pet Kitty Purry, Katy Perry showed up to the BIRT Awards in London today, Wednesday, decked out in one of our favorite international celebrities - Miss Hello Kitty!

The over-the-top getup was perfect for the characteristically kooky Katy, especially with the punk rawk edge and practically painted-on wet leggings!
