Chris Brown Investigated For Attempted Murder!

Law enforcement sources have told E! News that the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has requested more evidence to help prove the felony charges brought against Chris Brown as a result of the February 8th domestic violence incident involving him and Rihanna.
At the moment Brown is being investigated for domestic violence, assault resulting in great bodily injury, and attempted murder based on Brown's supposed threat to kill her and then strangling her until she passed out.
But since the only two people who know what really happened that night are Chris Brown and Rihanna, it will be difficult for Rihanna's team to slap Brown with "attempted murder" and the DA does not want to move forward with such a severe high profile case if the evidence is faulty.

Rihanna is very beautiful and has a lot of star-like qualities, but maybe as a thank you to the public for their compassion and support towards her at this time, she could review her decision to endorse Cover Girl, a corporation which tests shamelessly on animals, needlessly putting innocent animals through lives of pain and suffering. This case is getting utterly ridiculous and stupid as time passes by because we still don't know the complete story beside he said she said crap. Lets say Chris did beat the crap out Rihanna and we all can agree that is wrong, but to convict somebody of murder? Give me a fucking break! You need a lot of evidence to land that sucker in. We still do not have ALL the facts as Chris has said due to the legal system he can not speak out on the accusations, you see I stll believe in our legal system that we are innocent UNTIL proven guilty. This is a tragic situation for both of these young people, and domestic violence has many victims and many who are abusers were also abused. Those who are victims have been taughted to be so. Let's let the FACTS be presented and not react like children due to those like piggy Perez who gains the more attention he gets for his blog. I wish both of these people healing and peace.

I doubt CB will do much time if any but I sure hope he gets psychological help to attempt to ensure that he won't be a repeat offender. You may all remember, I posted about this case several days ago, if not last week, where I called it, "Attempted Murder", having never heard anyone mention that, and not hearing or seeing any media reports to that fact. Rihanna was clearly left for dead. Whoever (or multiple parties) picked-up Chris Brown that night, assumed that Rihanna was dead…and left with Brown it tow. It is obvious, or someone would have stayed behind and gotten her to the hospital. This was not just attempted murder, but an attempt to cover it up after the fact, which is a conspiracy charge…and aiding and abetting. Time to seat a Grand Jury to hear this one, and to take the testimony of Brown's bodyguards and other employees, under oath. BTW, their fingerprints are sure to be on the abandoned car.
E! got one thing wrong. They said there's only two witnesses, Rihanna and Chris Brown, in terms of what happened. Wrong. The police have testimony from the person who called 911. This person heard Chris yelling, "I'll kill you!" and the 911 operator heard Rihanna screaming. Police took photographs of her injuries right there on the scene. So they would know if she was choked. So would the ER. Rihanna already told the police/ER she blacked out because he was choking her. What else do they need to build a case for criminal assault. I think they will do a deal. They will drop the attempted murder charge if he pleads guilty to assault. He will do about 6 months in jail and be on probation with some classes for anger management or something. They are not going to let him walk. He has issues, and I think they learned their lesson with OJ. Domestic battery only gets worse over time and someone ends up dead. Rihanna got a wake up call. He put her in the hospital and caused her to miss work. Maybe he will get better. But it's obvious the two of them together are toxic. Time to move on. Chris Brown paying for his actions isn't about Rihanna. It's about Chris. He's at a crossroads. He can get help and get better, or he can deny responsibility and get worse and repeat the behavior.
This story is such bullshit, and you shouldnt be reporting these lies. Come on people if he choked her unconsious he would NOT have been charged with criminal threats!! His charge would have been attempted murder, as soon as she told the police that, that would have been his charge. They wouldnt wait until 3 weeks later to go and prove it and then charge him with it. The strongest charge they had on him was the threats so thats why he was booked on that. If they had attempted murder he probably would have had a highter bail or no bail at all…..So stop the bullshit…..

here's the only problem with the above statement…under california law chris brown CAN'T be charged with domestic violence. under the law it says that in order for it to be a domesic violence issue the people need to be married, living together, former spouses or share a child. Chris Brown still has his own apt, so he can't be charged under the definition of the law
