Ugh - I guess she's going for the European look! My parents lived in England for a year back in the 60s when my dad was in the Air Force and he said the grossest thing was seeing the old English ladies wearing pantyhose with hair sticking out! God forbid Monique lifts her arms - eeek!!! Don't wanna see what's under there! It's ironic the first women in America to shave back in the latter half of the 1800s were prostitutes and show girls! Back then regular women (secretaries, teachers, farmwives, etc.) just went around looking all hairy.
