Natasha Lyonne, the once presumed dead 'indie' actress, was spotted on Thursday at a screening in the NYC.
We didn't realize she was still able to get work!
According to her IMDB profile, the actress is filming the movie 13 alongside Mickey Rourke.

Damn, girl looks about as old as Mickey Rourke.
She's been out for a while! A friend from NYC told me she was living on the streets in squalor and was doing h, but now is ok again! Thank Buddha!

She was very good in "Loving Leah" - a recent Hallmark movie. She was almost unrecognizable, though.
