We love Robert Pattinson because he's such a dirty scruffy boy.

Mr. Pattinson was snapped leaving his optician's office in Hollywood on Thursday afternoon. That probably explains the massive sunglasses!

But even those large glasses can't hide his pretty face or cover up his hawtness!

How anyone can say this guy is "Hawt" is beyond me. His face has the same structure as the Manning brothers (from football) and if I knew him my nickname for him would be "Smush." It's as if he was in a really bad accident a few years ago and his face was put back together with the aide of facial reconstruction - and now the metal plates and screws holding his head together have melded into his skull.
