2009's Comeback Kid, sometimes douchebag Mickey Rourke, gave a more than memorable acceptance speech at last night's Independent Spirit Awards!!
Rourke, who took home the Best Actor prize for his role in Darren Aronofsky's The Wrestler, managed to forget co-star Marisa Tomei's name, threaten comedian Rainn Wilson for impersonating him earlier in the night, dedicate the award to Loki, completely idolize yet humiliate Eric Roberts and throw out a number of expletives all in the span of 6 minutes.

S. Darko, following the life of Donnie's sister Samantha, is apparently so shiteous that it's heading straight to DVD!!
The film, not directed by DD director Richard Kelly, follows the story of Samantha Darko, 7 years after her brother's death, while she takes a road trip with a friend to Hollywood and begins seeing visions similar to her sibling.

Go back and look t pictures of Mickey Rourke insay, Pope of Greenwich Village days, or 9 1/2 weeks, this man was the SEXXXX. Not anymore, but he was the hotness at one point.

He was SOOOOOOOOOOOO beautiful when he was young. I was happily impressed with his speech yesterday, I'll see this movie when it gets to video because of this. It's nice to see someone "real" getting a chance to make a comeback. Eric Roberts still looks damn good, doesn't he?

Mickey didn't "have the balls to bring it" like Sean Penn. Rourke didn't even have the balls to wear a fannypack throughout the movie like all the wrestlers do. Darren Aronofsky had to fight with him to do one scene with the fannypack.
