What the heck is she wearing????

Though she was not a presenter or nominated, Miley Cyrus showed up to the Oscars on Sunday and she was one of the very first to hit the red carpet.

Her well-hung boyfriend stayed at home and Mommy Cyrus accompanied her.

That outfit is a bit much for Miley, no?
