      can't say that i like anyone tainting the greatness that is the cure, but i kinda enjoyed the pop sensibilities of this song. close to me was meant to be fun pop song so i guess it doesn't have to be taken too seriously. weird that lady sovereign kinda looks like that jenny from the l word in this vid.
