No one messes with a Hilton! Specially not feisty Nicky.

Around 5 in the morning on Sunday, outside an IHOP in West Hollywood, law enforcement sources say a male pushed Nicky to the ground. That's when Hilton got up and made a citizen's arrest.

The cops were called and the suspect was quickly booked.

Thankfully Nicky wasn't hurt.

What a rude homeless man!

P.S. What the fuck was Nicky Hilton doing at the International House of Pancakes???

If you know anything about that particular IHOP, you will know it is frequented by a TON of pimps, hos and drug dealers. Last time I was in there, a table of hos (and there were several tables of these girls) were dumping their purses out and counting their 100s. The one girl was so high she couldn't make it to the bathroom and when she came back, her micro-mini was half inside her pantyhose.
