Osama Fires Back!

Sam Lutfi is striking back at accusations that he is trying to harm Britney Spears and insisting that he isn't a creepy slimeball. He's suing the Spears fam for defamation and battery.
In new papers filed on Friday, Brit's former manager is saying that the pop star is actually the one reaching out to him through text messages, despite a court order against it, although he does also admit that he's delivered messages through Britney's hairdresser and ex-boyfriend, Landing-Strip Adnan. He insists that the messages were in no way harmful.
Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, tells People that "I don't think anyone would want to have on public record allegations of behavior that weren't committed. A restraining order to is protect someone against stalkers and people who want to commit violence, and that description doesn't fit my client."
Daddy Spears and his legal team, however, are saying that Lutfi, Ghalib, and their lawyer are working in cahoots to "disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being," and that Lutfi allegedly sent Britney's hairdresser a message which read, "I've done everything I can to free her from [the conservatorship]. Very close to getting her free now."
Leave Britney alone!
It's expected to all go down this Wednesday in court.

Fine Sam…if she REALLY sent you text messeges and thereby broke the restraining order, since if you prevent somebody from contacting you you also agree not to initiate contact with them, I'm sure you won't have any trouble proving this by producing the text messages from her phone…….oh, gee, can't do that? Why are we not surprised?

can he just give it up already? this conservatorship is good for her. obviously we don't know the exact reasons why she's in it, but i can say she seems to be happy, healthier, and not crazy. the american legal system doesn't mess around and wouldn't put someone under a conservatorship unless doctors called for it.

I'm still not sure how Britney agreed to letting u be a part of her concert after all the shit talking you've done or maybe it's a deal, u stop talking shit about her and you get to be a part of her concert.
If it's true that Britney voluntarily is calling adnan and sam then she's fucking stupid because even though she's not in control of her life at least she can see her kids and is in a much better place in her life now that adnan and sam are not a part of it. Clearly, Britney is not capable of running her own life, the sooner she realizes it the better off she will be.
It's still not clear WHO exactly initiated the whole restraining order. Did Papa Spears do it against Britney's wishes or did Britney really want the restraining order?
It will be quite interesting to see in the future if Britney teams up with Adnan and Sam to try and get the conservatorship taken away if that happens she can say bye, bye to her kids, hair, family, and career and say hello again to the drugs, pink wig, and booze.
