Madonna looked absolutely radiant, but we're not too sure about that choice in gown!

A leotard with a see-through skirt???

It's more fitting for a dance class than an Oscar party, wouldn't U say??

Women that are older like Lisa Rini (correct spelling?) who look pretty amazing (some of it is genetic and most of it is surgery), said for her most recent (naked) pose, they told her to 'soften up.' The moral of my story: when women age, they don't look good with a lot of muscle and being lean isn't attractive anymore because the skin is thinning, let alone what effect steorids have.
