Wino Can't Get Enough of St. Lucia
Another Amy Winehouse insider has added fuel to the rumor that Wino is planning on making her current vacation spot, St. Lucia, a second home.
The source told People magazine, "She doesn't need to come back to the U.K. for anything in particular. She will return at some point. But she's getting everything she needs to do done in St. Lucia at the moment."
Setting up a St. Lucia base wouldn't hurt Wino's music career, as she can do some recording while in the Caribbean. "She can go into a studio over there if she wants. Her record company [Island] is in Jamaica, so it can be arranged," said someone close to the formerly beehived one.
If island-living is helping Ames lead a healthier and more productive life, we're all for it!

The photos I have seen from her there certainly don't look all that healthy… She's always clutching a drink, a fag and more often than not a joint as well (oh yeah, with that deranged expression she always has plastered on her face).
I think its just easier for her to hide there, than it is in London or the States.

I couldn't agree more but I think there's a lot more going on over there than we've been led to believe. The vices are still there, the drinking is DEFINITELY still on. She needs rehab, not an island in the sun. She's ignoring her issues - everything seems amazing when the sun's shining and the palm trees are blowing in the wind.
