According to the new issue of In Touch Weekly, Lindsay Lohan can't get enough of the Gossip Girl star.
The crazed stalker that is BiHan was trying to get all over Chace this past weekend, says the mag.
On Saturday night, LezLo attended the Harvey Weinstein’s Oscar party at the Andaz hotel in West Hollywood.
When she found out Chace had arrived, her panties must have gotten in a twist cause she went crazy over it.
