Dying Jade's Wish: More Time With Her Recently-Paroled New Husband

British reality TV star Jade Goody may spend the last moments she has alive without her new husband, Jack Tweed, at her side.
As part of his early release deal from prison, Jack is electronically 'tagged' and has to return to his mother's home by 7 p.m. every evening.
Insiders say the curfew is causing Jade 'extreme distress'.
Jack has asked authorities to suspend the curfew so he can spend as much time as he can with his wife - before the inevitable. "Hopefully they will relax the tag to let me be with Jade. She's my wife and she needs me by her side," he says.
A friend of the two said, "'They have such a short time together as man and wife. It would be heartbreaking if they were denied this final time together."
Hmmm….
We're not sure how we feel about this. It is sad, but - he should not be given any special treatment!

Seems weird to me that he's not allowed to live with his wife. I'm sure he can change his address with the courts to where she lives. Reading Wikipedia it says he got done for assaulting a 16 yr old boy in 2006.
Why can't they suspend his sentence while Jade is alive. After she croaks, have him serve the remainder of his sentence.
I really don't mean to be cruel but I have my doubts about this whole thing. She goes on Big Brother says some racist things. The backlash from what she says is terrible. She gets her results telling her she has cancer while on yet another Big Brother (a public venue). She makes this a big public spectacle. Gets married and sells the pics. Says at her wedding she is still hoping for a miracle cure. I wouldn't be at all surprised if in 5 or 6 weeks she's on tv talking about her "miraculous" cure. I may be wrong, and I'm not usually a conspiracy theory type of person but this is all a little suspicious.

Arrangements should be made by his mother for Jade and the children to move in temporarily. It might make for a crowded existence especially if she has all kinds of medical equipment but we are talking a week or a month at the most so everyone SHOULD be willing to deal with it for Jade's sake.
Hubby is trying to abuse the system.
Ummmmmmmmmm, why can't she go over to his house and play? DUH!!!
Her go to his mothers house?
- She has two kids..
she cant just leave them or pack them up and move to a new house
- It would be emotionally draining for her
- His mother might find it hard to cope
And finally
- She might want to die in her own home, with her own things..
Think about them?

And as for other criminals comin out, it depends on what they did..
Jack hit someone, for reasons and he should be allowed out
But if someone murdered someone… well, he clearly chouldnt be

Have some respect no one is perfect everyone will make plenty of mistakes in their life time .. Think before you write comments people have some what of a heart..
