LaLohan was just spotted at Heathrow airport on Thursday, arriving with Ronson and their Louis Vuitton.
On Wednesday, the busy "actress" was busy shopping at Maxfield before her UK trip. Of course, she had to take a quick cigarette break outside. But then it was back to shopping!
She was probably stocking up on some size 0 jeans.
