No Charges Filed Yet Against Chris Brown
According to the new issue of In Touch Weekly, the Los Angeles District Attorny has yet to file charges against Chris Brown, even though it has been said Rihanna is cooperating with authorities.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles DA's office confirmed the lack of charges, saying, "We do not have enough evidence and there have been no charges filed on the Chris Brown case."
But that doesn't mean that Brown will get off scotch free. The spokesperson explained that "if the state gathers up enough evidence, we will press charges with or without her testifying. It is not up to the victim."
Nor does Rihanna need to show up for Brown's March 5th arraignment. In fact, the only time she might face Brown again is if the case goes to trial.

Without any record of previous intervention, it's her testimony against his. And if she has holes, it's a problem. And she obviously does. Even though Chris shouldn't have done what he did, she has her faults too. She's probably hit him as well, which makes her case less valid.

The DA and the court system have already AUTOMATICALLY imposed bond conditions on the two, if this actually DID happen, and he should be 1) in violation for contact AND 2) in violation for sending 'gifts'. Charges are not filed by Rihanna, you are saying, but the police have already made a report, therefore, Chris Brown has BOND CONDITIONS for being released on BOND. Got me?
