Octo-Granny Admits She Wouldn't Mind Giving Up The Kids For Adoption

In light of recent reports that Octo-Mom Nadya Suleman may not get to keep her octuplets, the Octo-Granny is saying that she wouldn't mind if the babies went up for adoption.
Although she does admit that Octo-Mom would not agree to adoption on her own accord, saying, "I just hope she will [be able to care for them], because she will never have them adopted."
Octo-Granny, who has sacrificed her own needs to clean up her daughter's mess care for her daughter and her children, says that she wants to "live a little" and "visit Europe again and see my friends. I love my grandchildren, but when she asks me, like tonight, can she go visit the other babies…I said no because I made plans already. I need to change. I can't just live for my daughter, I have my own life."
And as the Octo-Babies continue to progress toward hospital release and Octo-Granny faces foreclosure, it looks more and more like Octo-Mom will not be getting her kids!

I watched the Dr. Phil episodes with her, and it seems like she sure is out of her mind STILL. Everytime he asked her something that would potentially have a negative answer, she beat around the bush to make herself sound credible. She's made it clear she won't give them up for adoption but until she has a steady income and suitable living conditions for all of them, they should not be released into her care.
the granny does deserve a break, that poor woman gave up to much for her daughters choices.

i don't think it's too unreasonable to ask a woman (or man) who plans to artificially reproduce to make sure he or she has the funds to take care of the kidlets before going ahead with the procedure. that is not hate–that's looking out for the welfare of the offspring you CHOOSE to bring into this world. to leave them with your mother and to use the media in order to generate the money you need to feed all those mouths is irresponsible.

There is a reason why women really don't have more than 1 or 2 babies at a time without medical help via IVF or other procedure. It is because we really aren't equipped to take care of more than 1 or 2 at a time. Taking care of 14 children is an impossible task without help. Octo-Mom should have her situtation evaluated like every other mother in California would, were they not able to take care of their children, and have them removed if she cannot care for them adequately. As for her mom, she seems like the only sane one of the bunch and I think SHE should have a website for donations and take the money and get as far away from her daughter as she can and take a much deserved vacation. I'd probably give some to her if I thought it wasn't going for manicures and plastic surgery.
So we should wait until something CRIMINAL happens to get those babies away from crazy octomom? Should they starve to death first? Should they succumb to the elements, perhaps heat stroke because she won't be able to afford air conditioning? What about running water in the house. With all those diapers and no way to dispose of the "elements" won't that smell make the whole place toxic? If it isn't already with the six she already has. I assume when egg and sperm are combined in a dish it's anyone's guess how many embryos may result. Ms. S obviously believes life begins at conception, and considered these embryos her children. It appears health problems placed a time limit for her to carry them. She did what she felt she had to do. I doubt there was any expectation all 6 embryos would survive, never mind 8. What are the odds? How about some compassion for a family in crisis? Sadly, she is naive to think she will earn a living from the media exposure. They only want to exploit her to further their own careers. I hope she gets the financial and emotional help she needs. What happened with that Angels group? I hope there is a way to keep this family together without burdening the taxpayers.
Don’t worry uncle (Dr) Phil has set up donations link and page so we can donate to Nadya and the babies. I have to say that aside from those blubber lips which make it difficult to understand her rambling it’s the best photo I have seen of her. She has rejected a group's offer to care for all 14 of her children round-the-clock, for free, and in one home, according to the attorney representing the group.
CPS and the hospital will never let her take those preemies back to the already overcrowded home her mother is going to be thrown out of in May.

Somehow, she keeps putting one foot in front of the other and doing her best for her kids. She has a kind of dignity and courage that I can't help but respect. Just because you or I would have chosen differently doesn't entitle us to be judge and jury. She is not a criminal, she is a mother and a human being.
I have been trying desperately to have children. And I have been very unsuccessful. If that dirty nasty Octofool wants I would be HAPPY to take all of them. I have money. A home that is paid for .. "Reporters" are taking her picture and verbally abusing her at her home in the presence of her children–WTF???!!!! Should we just stone her to death and get it over with? It's called an unsafe environment. Child services takes children out of unsafe living place all the time. And this is one of them. No beds, no room, dirt and disgust and at least one child that needs special attention due to its autism. How unfair is it to the children already living in the house?
