Survivor Survives Into 19th And 20th Editions

CBS has just ordered 2 more cycles of Survivor, making it the longest running reality competition series as it goes into its now guaranteed 20th edition.

Emmy award-winning Jeff Probst will continue to host.

When "Survivor" first aired, I was addicted! My live revolved around watching each and every episode. As the seasons passed, it became boring; "same-o, same-o" with very slight variations but not enough to keep it "edgy". I can't believe it still has a following. The show appeals to the lowest common denominator without requiring any intelligence from its audience.
