   i know she doesn't care at all about this but every young girl who looks up to her is going to take her actions in and possibly be influenced by her behavior. this is so sad and disgusting. i hope that someday she can find the strength to leave her abuser behind. he belongs in jail for a long time. she is clearly a very very sick young woman who needs a lot of help. this is such bad news.

   I think outside of obvious reasons for the dislike for her decision to take him back it really sends such a fucked up message to everyone on so many levels. Especially the message that she is sending to him. By taking him back she is telling him and the world three points that really suck. Number one is saying to him that what he did is acceptable because by taking him back there really is no consequence for what he did. #2 is that she doesn't care for herself enough or respect her self enough to walk away from someone who treated her reallllllllllly badly. And 3 that she doesn't care what kind of message she sends to millions of young women that look up to her. Regardless of what she may think there are a lot of young women that will see her do this and will think that it really is ok to be treated this way if a huge star like Rihanna allows it then it must be ok. I know that that sux but that is just the way that it is. She is a huge star and unfortunately there are many people who will follow the example that she sets. That is just the way that it is. She is making a huge mistake. She needs to realize that she is going to loose so much respect, especially professionally. I wish that she could see that.

   She just isn't using her head. She is totally basing her decision on her "feelings". If she only knew how much the choices that we make in life pave the way for our future!?!?!?! I don't think that she would make the choice that she is making if she understood that better. He will respect her even less now than he already did. She is a complete ass for beleiving or thinking that the guy really cares for her at all in the first place. When she wakes up she will really regret this choice and the sad part is that she will have to live with that. She will have to accept the fact that she didn't care enough about her self to walk away when she should have and that he will never change no matter what she wants to beleive. Men like that just don't change. VERY RARELY. SHe is the one that is going to pay the ultimate price for going back to that shit. One day she will get it and it will be way too late because all the damage will have been done. She is just setting herself up to be damaged goods. TOO BAD she has no self respect, she needs to talk to Tina Turner for a good long while and maybe that will give her some sense. What a waste.

   Its obviouse that he is a controlling asshole. The reason that men usually beat women is for control. It isn't about an real issue, it is about control. They dont like the woman that they are with to think, act or do anything for themselves and when they do, the man will lash out physically to keep her in check. that is all it is. It isn't anything that she did or will do in the future. Many men control the shit out of the women that they are with without ever laying a hand on the woman that they are with. It is just a seriously insecure mans way of feeling like he owns the woman that he is with, especially if he can keep her coming back after he abuses her. I am sure that we are all well aware that this was NOT THE FIRST TIME that he knocked the crap out of her, this is just the first time that we all heard about it. She will continue to be an idiot and take him back because he has her convinced that she isn't worth anymore than that. So until she figures out otherwise, he will continue to treat her exactly how she lets him, its that simple.
