      My aunts works at the plastic surgeons office where Miley got her breast augmentation done, not too long ago either. she did not go for porn star size thankfully, but just wanted something not overly noticeable, I believe she had been wearing the push up bras and the "chicken cutlets" until then. yes i know she is only 16, but in the entertainment world she lives in, it is NOT uncommon for young teenage girls to have their breasts done. Her parents obviously were ok with it. she also had her teeth done awhile back too, but not in the plastic surgeons office where my aunt works at. I would assume she would have had to gone to some kind of dental plastic surgeon when she got her teeth done.
