Time for the L.A. D.A. to get nasty with all parties involved in this case. Since Rihanna and Brown want to play these counter public relations games with the prosecution, and with the assist of the witness tampering P Diddy, I say that the D.A. ought to charge them both, Rihanna and Brown, with domestic violence, and hit Brown with the more serious charge of attempted murder–and a witness tampering charge for P Diddy, to give him, et al, a much needed wake-up call to mind his own business and stay out of it. I wonder if RICO Act charges can be filed against P Diddy also? Hhhhmmm? He won't like facing serious prison time again, now will he? But I digress, back to the main case. Rihanna's statements to the police…and those pictures of her bruises, say it all, whether she agrees to cooperate, or not, with the D.A.'s case, her testimony is no longer needed. Add to the fact that the D.A.'s office can seat a grand jury and compell Rihanna to testify, and the same with others in the case, should they refuse to testify, or perjure themselves, they can all be prosecuted for it later, while serving hard jail time during Chris Brown's trial. You won't get any sympathy for Rihanna's fans here, due to her taking Brown back, she is now as tainted as he is. Both of their careers are now in serious jeopardy, and maybe like Brown, Rihanna no longer deserves her career?
