Will Chris Brown finally have to pay for allegedly severely beating Rihanna?
The douchebag is due in a Los Angeles court for his arraignment this Thursday.
After three weeks of investigating, it's about time! The evidence was all there.
A rep for the LAPD has confirmed that the LA District Attorney now has the case.
However, prosecutors are saying they haven't seen anything yet. Odd.
Either way, the douche is scheduled for arraignment Thursday.
He deserves some jail time and major counseling. As for RiRi, she needs some counseling too!

Unless they can get the statement they need from the only eye witness, there is no case. That's why the system is frustrated by these domestic assault cases and they usually don't end in charges. All I can say is the lady won't be worried about the effect this has on her career when he takes her pretty away permanently. Maybe then she will be willing to bring him up on assault charges.
This is exactly the same kind of volatile relationship that OJ Chimpson had with Nicole and look how that ended up. I can't wait! As long as I never have to see his puffy cheeks (unless they are being stuffed full of big peen in prison) or hear his sh*tty music again.
This is an easy one. The abuser always makes nice with the victim right before they have to face up to the court because they know that the victim is the only one that can put them away. So hitting her all over her face and blackening her eyes and busting her nose and lips like she is a punching bag, it interferes with her ability to honor her contract with Cover Girl. Also, choking her could have damaged her voice. She is a singer? Hello??? She could have a rupture or even a crack in her esophagus. Her larynx could be damaged. This was really serious. I am glad Perez has the courage to keep telling it. All Chris Brown's gangster Rap and Hip Hop buddies are trying to save his career. They are scared to speak out. His career will be decided by fans.
