The Italians Are Planning to Bail Out Fashion Houses

Everyone's priorities are different!
In the US, the banks have eaten up bazillions of bailout dollars.
And then there's Italy!
The European nation's government has promised to detail a massive fashion industry bailout by the middle of the month.
Dolce & Gabbana or Versace plus bailout just has such a funny ring to it!
The Italian fashion industry reportedly employs around 80,000 people and its revenues in 2008 were down 4%.
That's a lot of jobs to protect!
We're sure millions of women around the world are sad that these crap economic times won't allow them to help prop up the Italian fashion houses.

The banks didn't deserve the bailout, people who lost everything deserved the bailout.
I find it incredibly funny that the ones asking for a bailout are the same that fiercely advocated for a free-market economy and no government interference…SO NOW you want government interference to save your corrupt asses?

I would like to thank mixedmate.c0m for bringing a very close friend from 17 years ago. I never had the chance to express how I really felt. I had always watched her from afar, but due to Mutual friends it wouldn't be right, but now we are planning to meet for new years eve. We have exchanged dozens of e-mails and phone calls. It makes sense, since in Italy, all that "high fashion" is cheap. If a Prada bag in here is over $300, in Italy is only 40 Euros.
