Robin Williams Cancels Show Due To Health Issues

57-year-old Robin Williams has been forced to cancel 4 Florida shows this week for his solo Weapons of Self-Destruction tour after experiencing problems breathing.
A doctor has advised Williams to take a week off from his 80 city tour to recover from shortness of breath. The 4 canceled shows will be rescheduled and the original tickets honored.
When did the energetic comedian get so old?
And kudos to him for still going somewhat strong!

I am so sorry to hear this. We went to see Robin's show in Charlotte, NC last weekend and he was AWESOME! We didn't stop laughing for TWO HOURS. Bless his heart, I hope he gets better soon.

I hope he doesn't have a heart condition bcz that's one of the symptoms. OTOH, maybe it's asthma. I know one thing. 57 isn't old. My mother is 63 and she looks fabulous. Robin needs to lose weight, eat a healthier diet, and do some exercises to build up his breathing. Alcohol is not good, and he was a drinker, and cholesterol and high blood pressure are things that he's gotta watch. Plus didn't he used to do drugs back in the day when John Belushi was arund? My mother said Belushi, Robin and Robert De Niro were all big druggies.

ummm, he was always old, super hairy,incredibly irrelevant and not even remotely funny.
I hope he's doing well. His cousin was actually my 7th grade science teacher and he was pretty awesome, a great teacher - they looked like they could have been twins. He was so proud of his cousin, too. Rest, and get better!
