View Co-host Gets Another Gig

Sherri Shepherd sometimes gets lost amongst all the crazinezz of The View, so girlfriend's looking for her own starring vehicle!
Lifetime has just ordered an untitled, multicamera comedy pilot for Sherri to star in - while she still co-hosts The View, of course.
The pilot will be loosely based on Sherri's experiences, and the script was penned by Dave Flebotte. It's described as being "about a woman who contends with her husband's infidelity and his illegitimate child when she allows the child and mother to move in with them."

The show was originally created for the CW during the 2007-2008 development season. But after it didnt get picked up there, the script went to Lifetime.
The chances of the show getting picked up from pilot to series, though, are….always slim.

The premise of this series sounds real dumb. Any woman who lets her mans "other woman" move in, is a fool. It rewards the man. He can have her tonight and some of the other tomorrow night and then he'll get brave enough to ask for all 3 the next night. Dumb, dumb, dumb…if you want to keep your man.
