Chris Beat Her Down has just been charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and (the more serious) making criminal threats.
The douchebag will be arraigned in a Los Angeles court later this afternoon.
If convicted, he can serve up to 9 years in jail - on just the criminal threats charge alone!
Wethinks he'll likely plead guilty.
And if he does plead no contest, do U think he still has a career in the future?????

Pleading "No Contest" is not the same as pleading guilty.Perez. It appears they don't want to cave in to Mark Garrago's deal making. Good! This won't go to trial. Apparently, Chris is going to have to plead guilty in exchange for a reduced sentence, bcz they ain't reducing the charges. They need to be tough on him. This is way too public, and the public is going against him. So now they have charged him with a felony, not a misdemeanor. So Mark Garagos failed on that attempt. If there's a deal on the table, it's to plead guilty for a reduced sentence, or they'll go to trial and all the dirt will be on the public record. Chris is in damage control mode. He should plead for a reduced sentence. He has been begging Rihanna not to testify against him. I hope she doesn't give in to the threats his boys are throwing at her. They don't need her. They have blood evidence, they have her dress, they have other witnesses.

I just got home from school to see the headline "BREAKING NEWS: CHRIS BROWN CHARGED!" on CNN. I clapped and cheered!! I hope he gets the longest prison sentence….fucker!!
They'll end up making a deal. He'll plead to a lesser charge, most likely a class A misdemeanor Domestic Violence charge and he'll get probation and like a 1 year suspended sentence. Then he'll beat up RiRi again. Or he'll kill her.
