Man Dies During Pancake Eating Contest

A man in has Russia died after choking on a pancake in a pancake eating contest.
Witnesses said that as 48-year-old Boris Isayev was receiving his award for gobbling the most pancakes, he began foaming at the mouth and then collapsed on stage. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
We hope that Boris is now sitting in the big IHOP in the sky, eating as many pancakes as he wants!
At least he died a winner!

I THINK EATING CONTESTS ARE DISGUSTINGLY GROSS. MY FRATERNITY HAD A CONEY EATING CONTEST (I REFUSED TO ATTEND) AND THEY HAD TO TAKE ONE OF OUR RUSHEES TO THE HOSPITAL. HE FAILED TO TELL US HE HAD A HIATEL HERNIA. HE ENDED UP BECOMING A MEMBER ANYWAY.

honestly this is sad, pancakes are dangerous, do not feed them to young children, only give em waffles if you want to give them something of that sort or french toast. When i worked in the ER a few years back a child of 2 or 3 was brought in by ambulence, the kid was eating pancakes for Breakfast and choked. Sadly the child died, the pancake simply expanded in the airway and blocked it and was unable to be revived. I had nightmares after that, it was truly the sadest thing. A beautiful little baby whose life was claimed by a freaking pancake. I just remember crying for that baby and the parents. This is a true story and to be honest to this day i watch my kids with pancakes or anything similar. Too sad really.
