Wacko Fights Back: Suing Mad!
As we mentioned last month, Julien's Auction House has been advertising one huge auction with thousands of items belonging to Michael Jackson, including artwork, and collector's items from his Neverland Ranch.
However, it seems the auction might not be taking place!
Wacko and his team have just filed a lawsuit to try and stop the auction from happening.
According to the masked one's company, MJJ Productions, which filed the lawsuit, they claim Darren Julien, the founder of Julien's Auction House, promised to send Wacko an inventory of sale items.
Jackson's people claim the former pop star hasn't given permission to sell all the items.
According to the suit, many of the items are "priceless and irreplaceable."
Well, why not pay to keep them?
Wacko claims Julien's attempt to sell them is "malicious, fraudulent, extreme, outrageous and without any legal justification whatsoever."
Court documents state that MJJ Productions gave the auction house permission to remove the items from Wacko's Neverland Ranch, but never to sell them without his permission.
Guess Michael doesn't need money that badly afterall.

Why not pay to keep his OWN belongings, Perez? Cause they belong to him. And the "nose-falling-off" comments are just old, cliché, and the cheapest stab at MJ. Not to mention overly predictable.
