Wino, In Trouble Again!
Amy Winehouse was spotted out and about in London yesterdat looking MUCH better than she has in months.
Unfortunately for Wino, she had to spend her Thursday morning going to a police station.
The Rehab singer was forced to deal with a legal issue stemming from allegations that she attacked a fan last September.
The victim is Sherena Flash, who wanted to snap a picture of Wino at a London charity ball. Amy, however, wasn't in a photo-taking mood that day and decided to punch her instead!
Now, after returning to London, Winehouse had her visit with the popo.
After being questioned, she was officially charged with assault.
A rep confirmed, "Amy voluntarily attended a police station in London yesterday morning. She was questioned by appointment in relation to an accusation made after the Berkeley ball last year."
Wino is now due in court on March 17th.
Let's hope this is the last of the legal troubles Amy gets into. Somehow we doubt that, though!
