    LMFAO..Degrassi was a staple on TV when I was a kid (Kids of Degrassi Street, Degrassi Jr. High, Degrassi High) and now after damned near 30 years they've decided to make a film and Americanize it?!     the one thing that made degrassi good was the fact that the kids were the right age and acted like they were in high school. I used to watch reruns of it when they finally ran it on pbs in the states. I was past high school age, but it reminded me so much like high school but bringing to hollywood, damn, they finally ruined it. looks like another lame beverly hills 90201 and when perez was in a clip, kind of confirmed it-they never needed names

    I will fully admit that I am a crazy Degrassi fan. I remember screaming with happiness watching Emma have her first date/kiss with Sean when she was in 7th grade. Watching these characters/actors grow up has been fun. I cannot wait to see this movie, cheesy as it may be. Degrassi is addicting to anyone who just takes the time to watch it!

    But I don't get 'The N' channel in Calgary. Degrassi is on CTV. Even of all the many american channels we get, it's not on our Shaw Digital Cable Box and unavailable to order. Does anyone know if it'll air on CTV?

    Degrassi is a pile of shit that's written by men in their 40's that can't even remember high school who are trying to convince teenagers that life revolves around unnecessary drama and being sluts. Take "Desperate Housewives" or any other sleazy show and replace the actors with 15-year-olds and you'll have Degrassi.
