Why does Miley Cyrus continue to break the law and get away with it? Does she really deserve all these free passes?
As we've mentioned before, Slutty has been spotted several times riding her bicycle without a helmet. And according to California law, it is ILLEGAL for a minor under the age of 18 to do so without wearing proper headgear. The same way it is ILLEGAL to park your car in a handicap space without a permit.
Sunday night, Cyrus and her "straight" boyfriend Justin Gaston decided to go out for a bite of sushi. Afterwards the two and a friend decided to stop by Millions of Milkshakes for some dessert.
That's when wildchild Cyrus thought she was entitled to park in a handicap parking. Cause she can do whatever she wants, ya know.
Sorry Miley, but being mentally handicapped doesn't allow you to park in that spot! Especially without a permit!!!
And, seriously, how did this girl even pass her driver's exam? What should have been a very easy backing out in her small Toyota Prius took Miley several attempts to properly leave the spot. To which she then told the paparazzi, “I’m just saying, that was some intense backing up!”

Having said that, until you are disabled or live with someone who is you have no idea what these people go through to live a normal life. My husband is disabled and because he is able to work, he doesn't get one dime from anyone. The least we could do is give them a closer parking place. ok, if she is parking in handicapped spaces, I don't care if it is for 2 minutes, or 10 seconds, it is wrong and she should be ticketed or who ever the licensed person in the car should be ticketed.(dont know how old the person in the back is). I am handicapped and many times I can not find a spot because 'PEOPLE' just have to "RUN' into a store for a for a 'MINUTE'. If I am driving up to that store for that minute and I am have a bad day, and there are no spots nearby, I can not go in. If it was just casual shopping, it would be no big deal, but, I don't do casual shopping, like going for an ice cream. in new york, the police dept has a training program for volunteers where they photograph violators and they get fined. so perez, since this really is getting up your ass, why don't you see if california has the same program and you can volunteer and follow Miley around and see if she, anniston, and the rest do it. and as for the helmets, even though it is a safety issue, I see maybe 1 out of 20 kids wearing a helmet. 2.) When you have your permit, you are allowed ONE friend and you nust have one adult over the age of 25 who is a licensed driver. Junstin's the frined, and the other guy in the back of the car was probs the licensed driver over 25. You seriously need to brush up on your facts!
