Drunkst Ready To Testify
Kirsten Dunst might be going to court soon. Not because of anything illegal she might have done.
She hasn't been caught - yet!
Instead, it turns out she might have to take the stand in Manhattan and testify against a sleazy mechanic who robbed her.
The incident took place back in August 2007 when 35-year-old James Jimenez and his accomplice, Jarrod Beinerman, left the SoHo Grant Hotel, where Kiki was staying, and walked away with thousands of dollars worth of her belongings. One of the items was a $13,000 Balenciaga handbag.
Luckily for Drunkst, the accused were caught on camera as they left the hotel.
As for Beinerman, he pleaded guilty to attempted burglary last year and was sentenced to more than four years in prison.
Let's hope Jimenez gets the same.
The trial is set to begin May 11th. .
Don't people know by now, stealing will end you up in jail!

Wow… four years for burglary. I'm blown away with the sentences people get in the U.S. The most you'd get here in Canada is probation and community service.
You could get drunk and kill somebody with your car here and the worst you'd get is 2 years and some community service.
