After recent rumors that Hayden Panettiere had been acting a diva, the actress finally got a chance to tell her side of the story.
Speaking with OK!, Hayden said she and her ex Milo Ventimiglia "are very close. We have enjoyed and continue to enjoy working together."
Discussing Hayden's outburst in Hawaii, she defended herself, saying, "I have tremendous respect for the media and reporters – particularly the press who treat the people they are interviewing with dignity. I am appreciative that the press has supported me, my career, and especially the causes I feel passionately about. While in Hawaii, one reporter grabbed me suddenly from behind and frightened me. It happens. Typically, the press has treated me with great respect."
Heroes boss Tim Kring also said that the show's stars have no effect on its plot, saying, "The final decision about which characters live and die on Heroes rests with me. I've made no announcement yet as to who will return and who won't."

Hayden is a beautiful and talented actress. I hope she survives the entire series. Save the cheerleader, save the series. I just wish Kristen Bell's character stayed on the show. Veronica deserves more than that.

Sounds to me like she is a little nervouse. I wouldn't doubt it if she was just tryin to make her self seem a little more nice being that people are on the chopping block and she is worried that she may be one of the characters that doesn't return.
