This was my interpretation of the video: basically, what really goes on inside (the house), is not what is portrayed outside (the house) i.e. inside- she's a real person, outside-she puts on a facade of being the perfect housewife etc. Also, the "all the boys & all the girls r beggin to f-*-c-k me…could be translated as peeps literally trying to find her & use her, or about the whole media…basically, hunting her down, "what's she like" & "what's she wearing" only to report bullsh*t about her & talk crap, backstab, & in doing so, f*ck her. Ya know???

She sneaks out at night with a scarf on her head with horned rimmed sunglasses and drives down to the waterfront and all these Marlon Brando type dudes are carousing.
