Stephen King's It is coming to the big screen!!!

Warner Bros. recently bought the rights to the thriller which tracks the story of It, a transforming creature who "preys on children and whose favorite form is that of a sadistic clown called Pennywise."

The script will be adapted to current day opposed to the novel's timeline of 1958 and 1985.

It was previously turned into a TV miniseries for ABC in the late 80's starring John Ritter and Tim Curry, but no casting choices have been announced as of yet for the film version.

Have they tapped Her Madgesty to play the the red-nosed clown???

      "I left ’cause I was so upset. I wasn't going to watch them. Stinkin' Radiohead! I'm going to ruin them. I'm going to tell everyone," she added.
      Responding to the threat, Radiohead told US Weekly: "When Miley grows up, she'll learn not to have such a sense of entitlement."

      I HATE THIS MOVIE! I watched this movie when I was young and I have been scared of clowns every since!!! I have thought I needed to watch this now that I'm older and maybe it will not be as bad and I can overcome my fears! I don't know the entire "beep beep ritchy" still scares the crap out of me!!!

      This movie has made me terrified of showers, drains, and sewers.. not to mention clowns!
      I've always wanted them to re-make this because I think it could be A LOT scarier with some good special effects.

      The book was way scarier than the movie. Big screen should allow for less censoring. But they shoulda kept the time line. That was integral in undersatnding the characters. Can't wait!

Attention Hollywood…we don't want to see remakes of good movies…we want to see new movies…ones that aren't based off of something else or a sequal to an old movie.
