Anna Nicole Smith's Former Lawyer Charged With Conspiracy To Furnish Drugs!

More than two years since the fatal overdose of Anna Nicole Smith, the first criminal charges have been filed in the death of the former Playmate! And, none other than her longtime lawyer/companion, Howard K. Stern, is one of three being charged.
Stern, who has repeatedly denied wrongdoing in the past, was charged on Thursday with conspiring to furnish drugs to Smith prior to her death, Los Angeles prosecutors say.
In addition to Howard K., two doctors were also charged in the Smith case, Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich, who allegedly prescribed medication unlawfully to Smith, according to the L.A. County District Attorney's Office.
The charges allege that the trio conspired to furnish drugs to Smith between June 5, 2004, and Jan. 26, 2007.
Kapoor and Eroshevich were also charged with one count each of obtaining a prescription for opiates by "fraud, deceit or misrepresentation." They were also charged with a single count of obtaining a prescription for opiates by giving a false name or address.
The three were also charged with a buttload of other crap.

That man is one of the sleaziest, disgusting bucket of slime ever to disgrace the pages of the tabloids. He used Anna, pretending to care about her, yet exploiting her at every opportunity. He didn't care how close to death she got with her drug use: as long as there was a breath in her body he would take advantage of her, seeing dollar signs in every overdose and overindulgence. Fuck You, Howard K. Stern! If you go to jail, you're gonna know what exploitation feels like, because you're not famous or respected enpugh to get a swanky cell! What are the odds that HKS takes this "week of glory" to heart and finally folds on his desperate grab for the Marshal family's money? Not only was he arrested this week for playing a part in her death, but the good old SCOTUS spit back his memo requesting a lift of the stay on access to the "estate" faster than you could say "golddigger."
