Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer/longtime companion surrendered to authorities on Thursday and was charged by the L.A. District Attorney's office with multiple felonies related to the fatal overdose of the buxom blonde.

Anna was an addict consumed with grief and guilt. She desperately needed intervention and grief counseling, instead she got fed more drugs. She took them, but she was not in the right state of mind. This is what happens when you have the wrong people around you. Shame!

I use to watch Anna Nicole's reality show and I always hated this guy. There was something about him that did not sit right with me. He didn't look like he really cared about her well being. I thought he was with her for fame, for acknowledgment. I always knew he was an A-HOLE!!!!! I hope he gets fu**ed in jail, literally.
