Another Wrestler Found Dead!

Professional wrestler Andrew "Test" Martin has passed away.
The former World Wrestling Entertainment champion, 33, was found dead at his apartment in Tampa, Florida, on Friday night.
No cause of death is known - yet.
Police say a neighbor reported that she could see into Martin's apartment through a window and that he had appeared motionless for several hours.
Police say the wrestler was dead when they arrived, but there was no indication of foul play.
A cause of death won't be determined until after an autopsy.

I grew up watching Test, he was awesome paired with Albert and Trish Stratus (T&A) I wasnt really a huge fan of his but he was a good performer.

Man this sucks. I remember I having a crush on him when he had long hair and him and Christian were 'brothers'/tag team. I loved them. Soo sad. I hope it's not roids or drugs, but by the looks of things….when are they going to learn? Eddie, Chris, now Test.

I don't know him but that's very sad.sure there are no natural causes for his death since he was 33.it must be a steroid (or any other drug)overdose,hope not a murder.may his soul rest in peace.
He was obviously on the juice (steroids) and the cause of death will likely be heart failure…common from steroid users. That is, if he didn't kill himself. Sad; he and Stacy Keibler used to be a couple.
Gotta be roids. In his last WWE run he has quite clearly on them.

That sucks. He had just posted a MySpace Blog about a tour in Europe and how excited and happy he was about it. Real sad. He was one of my favs.

I can't even count all of the wrestlers who have died, since I first became a fan as a kid. I don't watch it anymore, but I still remember the guys I used to see on TV and at live shows. It's a shame what wrestlers have to go through. If they aren't pumped up on steroids, they will get passed over for the guys who are, because that's the look that sells. It's not just the steroids, but also drugs and alcohol that have killed most of the younger ones. Yeah, the matches are predetermined and the hits are usually done to not hurt or cause injury. But these guys work 95% of the year. They are always competing with injuries, which causes them to get hooked on pain killers to ease the pain. If they don't work, they don't get paid. Vince McMahon should alter schedules to give them down time, so that they can take better care of themselves. If he did, as top dog, then maybe smaller federations would follow his lead. And we'd see the number of deaths decrease. Stupid, fake, whatever people want to say…these guys are just trying to make a living. No other sport or entertainment industry has such an alarming number of people dropping like flies. I am sad for Test, but if I said I was surprised, I'd be lying.

I have know Andrew since he was 12 years old. He was one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. My heart goes out to his family. All of his friends will miss him. He was a big sweatheart.

i knew another wrestler would die this year, as its every second year ie, benoit and guerrero, but i thought it would be chavo or someone, not test :'(
Always sad to hear about deaths. Also this one. These wrestlers seems to die like flies. Often it is steroid use which cause heart attacks or drug use.
God, I used to be a huge fan back in the days of him & Steph McMahon then when he was in T&A.
My condolences go out ot his family & friends including current WWE Diva Kelly Kelly who dated him for 2 years.

So sad! Test was a hottie & one of my favs back in the day. The Test/Stephanie/HHH wedding storyline was one of the best & the T&A deal was awesome too. R.I.P. Test.
this is so sad, he was an amazing wrestler, saddly he was on steroids and who knows what else he used, but even so he was amazing, i started to watch wrestling when he was on his prime time and is sad to see him gone

WOW! I went to a WWE event with my stepfather a couple years ago and I quite literally was 4 feet away from him (he was very sexy, mind you, lmao). But yeah, I remember being a little girl and seeing him fight on TV. This is some sad stuff. First Guererro, then Benoit and now Test. RIP.

OMG! I loved Test. He used to wrestle with Christian back in the day. He was a sexy mofo and a good wrestler. I didn't know what happened with him, but I'm so sad to hear he died. RIP.
I was out of town all weekend with no internet access and my jaw DROPPED when i found out this morning. Test was a good wrestler, and while nothing has been discovered yet, i know he's had a history of abusing painkillers before going to rehab, so that could be a factor.

It's SO sad to see a man die at such a young age! My condolences to his family and friends. (PS: I wonder if WWE will acknowlege his death on RAW tonight..?)
