Lohan's Attorney Spins Speaks!

LezLo's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, has issued a statement regarding the arrest warrant issued against Lohan for probation violation in regards to her 2007 DUI arrest.
Says the attorney: "Since her case was resolved, Ms. Lohan has been in compliance with all the terms and conditions of her probation and all orders of the Court. The warrant issued on Friday was, in our view, born out of a misunderstanding which I am confident I can clear up next week."
Good luck - you're gonna need to creative to get her out of this shiz!

There is no "misunderstanding" here- she gets arrested and spends a grand total of an hour and a half in jail, she is on probation and is photographed at clubs and bars drinking. She has obviously turned into a tweaker and/or coke head and should have to take responsibility for her actions like anyone else. Just because she is a Disney movie has been does not make her special.
