People are complaining about her music having no "substance." Since when did pop music need substance? Her music is infectious and well-produced. Who cares what she's singing about? In years like these recent, you need a break from seriousness. In all honesty, she can be serious about her music without having to write about every bad thing to ever happen to her, or having to write some form of "inspirational" song, that would just be a pointless cliche. She's talented and worked hard to get where she is. And besides, if you hate reading about her so much why do you keep commentind? Surely that means you're focusing more time than you need on her? Most of the people who post hating on her have no idea how truly talented she really is.. I didn't fall in love with her because of the videos or the songs on the radio or Perez posting about her, I used to see her live all the time and she was AMAZING.. with a very low budget she turned her show into an actual show, she sings her ass off, she can play the piano amazingly, she performs.. now a days most of the commercial assholeness that is out there is fake, or money infused.. she's real and this whole persona she is is her performing, she loves what she's doing and you can tell she does and she unlike 99% of the artists out there nowadays really puts on a show.. this has been out forever but I just thought I should say to everyone hating until you've seen how talented she is first hand, please save your shit.
