Country whore LeAnn Rimes and TV wacktor Eddie Cibrian were caught in the act on surveillance cameras. Not only that, but Us Weekly claims to have seen the dinner receipt for $95 (cheap date!) signed by Cibrian.
The video conveys a pretty explicit affair between the two, seated in the lower left hand corner, with the pair holding hands at the 0:36 mark, kissing at 1:47, and Rimes sucking on Cibrian's fingers at 2:10.

The restaurant is MOSUN in laguna beach (which also turns into CLUB M in the evenings). Almost all restaurants, especially BARS that dispense alcohol have security cameras. Legally you should be able to see why. If you're not doing anything wrong, you shouldn't be afraid of being taped!!!
Also, I am from the area and Mosun is an extremely popular sushi/japanese resturant that is adjacent to a VERY public and populated street in laguna (pch). WHY anyone, namely, a celebrity, would choose to go there to carry on a scandalous affair is beneath me.
Also, I highly doubt US Weekly would send random actors out to do a tape and then sell it as a store. Obviously this would entail a huge defamation lawsuit and I am sure they got their facts straight with the restaurant. If they were able to get the dollar amount on the receipt, they were probably also able to get his name and credit card information on the same receipt from the source to back the claim.
