The two lovebirds were seen leaving The Waverly Inn in West Village.
Lively and Badgley were reportedly having dinner with producer Harvey Weinstein.
Wonder what type of business opportunities they were chatting about????
Though Penn and Blake weren't too happy to spot the paparazzi waiting outside for them.
