Attorney's Office Opens Investigation Into Anna Nicole Smith's Death

The Broward County State Attorney's Office in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, are opening an investigation into Anne Nicole Smith's death, spurred on by the recent arrests of her ex-boyfriend Howard K Stern and 2 doctors on charges that they conspired to procure thousands of prescription drugs for the troubled model.
Being careful to clarify that the department "never had an open homicide investigation," Ron Ishoy, spokesman for the Broward State Attorney's Office, said, "Our prosecutors have met with representatives of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office and the California Department of Justice and discussed the evidence they have turned up in their investigation. We are now examining that evidence to see where it might lead in relation to Ms. Smith's death here in Broward County in 2007."
Hopefully justice will be served!

You could watch her reality show and see that she was a completely wasted drugged up mess. If nobody did anything about it back then why pretend to care now?
I hope after all this is over she can finally rest in peace, poor Anna.
What is sad and true is that SHE was the addict. Some people may have given her drugs and even prescribed them, but the BASE of the situation is that SHE was the addict and SHE DID ALL THE DAMAGE - WILLINGLY, TO HERSELF. Howard Stern AND her doctors are incredibly moral-less fucks in this, but still, SHE DEMANDED to be drugged. I believe that with all my heart.

Justice will be served when people start taking responsiblity for themselves, and start to educate themselves about the dangers of pharmaceautical drugs. Too many people try to take the easy way out of simple everyday ups & downs of moods. I know that ANS had to deal with tragedy but stop the witch hunt already. So many people are taking anti-depressant drugs without really thinking about the long term effects. Most of those people who are shooting up schools are also taking anti-depressant drugs - the drugs are DANGEROUS - they turn normal people into addicts and psychopaths…. of course the media will not report this as their major advertisers are the drug companies. People, do a good service to those you care about and talk to them about their legal drug use…persuade them to get educated about the effects of using these durgs and the dangers of stopping too quickly.

I am surprised Howard K Stern can sleep at night. He knows that he kept her tanked so that he could control her assets, financial and otherwise, for his own gain. I hope he gets his comeupance in the end!

Anna's son Daniel died in the Bahamas in her hospital room right after she delivered her baby girl.
Anna died in a hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood FL.
