The suits over at Dancing With The Stars are going to have to tighten up security on set - pronto!

17-years-old Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson is the youngest cast member this season. And, it seems like one hardcore fan has taken his love of her to a creepy obsession.

In fact, a restraining order has just been issued to Robert O'Ryan after authorities say he tried to break onto the set of DWTS in order to meet Johnston.

According to court documents, O'Ryan was luckily stopped on the lot of CBS Studios by security after he jumped over a fence.

And, here comes the REALLY fucked up part. Police later searched his car and found a shotgun and a handgun - both fully loaded! Accompanying the weapons were some duct tape and love letters.

Police apparently told Johnson's mother that psycho O'Ryan believed he was meant to have a child with Johnson.

The 34-year-old O'Ryan is actually from Florida and told police he traveled all the way to Cali just to be with Johnson. The nutjob is currently being held on $35,000 bail.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
