Could Nadya Suleman be losing her kids soon? Well, if she's broke she might be! And, according to new reports, Suleman is about to start experiencing some money issues.
Due to the backlash from the public, many sponsors are dropping Octo-Mom. According to an interview Nadya gave recently, Huggies and Pampers diapers already dropped their support. And diapers are pricey!!!
Octo-Mom said, "All of the diaper companies and formula companies rescinded their offers."
We wonder why!
A rep for Gerber has also said they weren't planning on donating to the family. Though, as a friend of Suleman points out, "The problem is that Nadya has become a lightning rod for bad publicity - and it is the babies who are losing out."
Well if Nadya can't take care of her children financially, do U think the government should take the kids away?

I am still baffled by how a women who has 6 kids and on welfare could afford invitro to begin with. She really changed her tune. She told Ann Curry she would never go on public assistance. Then a week ago she said if not for the hand outs she would have to go on welfare. Instead of floating around in the foster care system, the babies should be put up for adoption ASAP. They can do an open one where she can still see them. This woman could get 2 million and it probably won't be enough to support all those kids.

I don't understand why we are not hearing more about the doctor who is responsible for impregnating her. How could someone with 6 kids be artificially inseminated without any money or background investigation? If she is so crazy then what is he???? I feel he should be accountable for some of the expenses, if not all of them. She seems to be genuine in her interest, care and love for her children. Just seems a little whacko (msp?).
If Social Services can provide clear documentation of accurate information and specific evidence, that this woman cannot care for her children, than they should absolutely be removed from the home. However, the introduction of Social Services & the removal of children from their biological parents can result in mixed effects. For some, it is their saving grace to be removed from physically, mentally, and/or sexually disfunctional homes yet, for others, siblings become separated and a journey begins that involves living in a variety of foster homes, moving to some that are scattered throughout the country. This interrupts the child's education, friendships that were established, and forces the child to become very self sufficient in taking care of his/her emotions because "home" is not a stable or reliable place, if you're not adopted into that family. And, as a child gets older, the chances of becoming adopted get more slim, especially if the child has "baggage" as a result of being "in the system." But, for this woman, with 14 children??? We should all be praying for her children.
I don't care what anyone says about Nadya… But we DON'T want the government to have the power to pick and choose who gets to keep their babies!!!!! If they can do it to her based on money or housing or perceived competency, just think of what they'd be able to do to ALL of us. Do not wish for the government to have that kind of control. That would be an even bigger nightmare. Many poor, but nice families have kids. Should they lose them because they are poor? Many single moms struggle and have kids. Should they lose them? Many people's homes are too small, or are not perfectly clean. Should kids be taken from those homes for JUST those reasons alone? Nadya is a HORRIBLE example to be using to offer the government the right remove babies from households. She represents the thieves of the systems put in place to help the truly needy. We can't give her the honor of representing truly needy single, working, poor moms. She is a thief, but once the government get their hands on her kids, they can get their hands on any kids they want. I don't know what the answer is, but she's messing it all up. Her case is so extreme. FOURTEEN children. Just by mere number alone, those babies can't be taken care of properly and THEY should perhaps be helped by being placed elsewhere, but once that happens, it will happen to the family of 5 who lives in a 2 bedroom apartment. It will happen to the single mom with 3 kids and no job. It's all too scary. I rant. Sorry.

the government will not take babies away just because a mom is poor, they will give her all the help that she needs and if she refuses to use the help and abuses of neglects her kids they will step in. this is a sad story all the way around! you take a woman who has some delusions of a big happy family and add modern meds and a doctor who doesn't care to interview his client and determine if this is an okay thing to do and this is what you get, a woman who is in way to over her head. and who suffers the kids. I understand why everyone is dogging her but shouldn't some back lash be on the companies such as pampers and huggies who said that would help with basic supplies after the fact, then back out because they don't want bad PR! Shame on them for not helping those babies! Again they will be the ones to suffer the most!!!

The family court should terminate her parental rights now and put these children (at least the new 8, if not all) up for adoption instead of letting them languish in foster care for years. Once they are older they will be hard to place for adoption.

I think that is VERY wrong. It doesn't matter where or when. There are children involved in this situation ,and many of them. She needs support she's not that confident as you can see ,and then she seems a " little off". If she wouldve chose to kill them then that wouldve been a problem. I am not a Nadya fan or supporter but I don't think anyone can say if it is better for the babies to stay together and with her or to be seperated and put in other homes. Whatever happens these kids are going to suffer emotional consequences in the future. I think we can safely assume that psychiatric counseling expenses can be added to the long and growing expense of raising these babies; not to mention her other six children. I'm glad I am not the one that has to make decisions regarding the future of her children; may God bless them and guide those that do.

Yes, the gov't should step in. nadya should have her tubes tied so there are no more babies. Her new 8 babies should be adopted out, and she should be closely monitored with the 6 kids that she already has.
I think all of her children should be adopted by loving gay couples who will be able to provide them with the emotional and financial stability a child needs; something octomom is obviously incapable of.
Anyone on government assistance should be given a mandatory IUD implant preventing them from having more children. When the public is supporting your kids, the public can step in and stop you from having more. She absolutely should have her babies taken away. I think that Nadya should be thoroughly investigated. She's allegedly made threats to kill herself in front of her children. That's incredibly emotionally damaging. If she is deemed to be eomtionally unstable, then, yes, I think she should have them removed.
