is anyone getting tired of all these damn awards? these kid choice awards, people choice awards, they remind me of the 'awards' that my kids got the first few years for soccer, t-ball, football, cheerleading, etc. All the kids get a participation trophy so no one is hurt, so basically they are getting a trophy that they were on a team, they don't care about the trophy because they know it has no meaning and we have no place to put it. Like those stupid surfboard awards a few years ago, how many do you think are in a showcase at the persons home OR that at a party where they all got drunk, they pretended to dry surf on it and it broke into 30 pieces and ended up in the garbage. 2 many awards that mean nothing that go to a bunch of e-x listers that are just flash in the pans. but perez cares

Miley was nominated for 4 categories (4 or 5 I forget). That is already amazing enough as nobody else was able to make it that many times. She is still extremely popular, but obviously she isn't going to win all 4 awards. She still won one, for favorite female singer, which is probably more important to her since she is a singer first, and actress second I would say.
