First Generation 90210 Characters To Appear Less In Second Season
Actor Dustin Milligan will not be returning full time to 90210!
Word is that the second season of the 90210 reboot is going to be "significantly" different from the first, with new boss Rebecca Rand Kirshner Sinclair aiming to "reconceive things visually. There are opportunities to embrace California culture visually in terms of fashion and style; I want it to be more contemporary. … If Gossip Girl is about youth in New York. … I want to [make 90210] about youth in L.A. and Beverly Hills."
Also, despite the big build up, this next season promises to rely less on 90210's first generation. Sinclair explained that "The show tried to be a lot of things to a lot of people in its first season. … I think the center lies with the generation of kids that are in high school now. I'm not interested in casting people for stunt value."

He should still be a regular. But i must admit, the show isn't good enough. It's nothing like Gossip girl, or even one tree hill. Those shows have character/couple buildups. On 90210 is hard to relate, and get attached. So much happening at once, and new guest stars every week (Not the original 90210 cast. LOVE THEM!!!!!) but… just normal newbies.
The show should focus more on the main cast. And not rush through storylines.

This show is horrible for this generation of HSers!! Much more about drug use, teen pregnancy (being okay and raising babies instead of being more concerned about birth control) as well as other things. I don't recall Beverly Hills 90210 being this "adult".
I guess he was just too genuine and too talented… Dustin was (and is) a breath of fresh air. I have heard he has a new movie coming out with Ben Affleck and Jason Bateman, so we fans can still watch this gorgeous man!
