Taye Diggs is expecting his first baby with wifey Idina Menzel!

The couple have confirmed that the baby is due later this year.

In January, the Tony-award winning actress hinted that she might want some babies after she was done promoting her third album.

And now they're gonna have one!

      Oh I'm so excited for them!!! I've seen Idina a few times in concert, met her once. She gave me marriage advice (mid concert, from stage. lol). Played a song I requested when I talked to her before the show. Such a sweet heart. She'll be such a good mom!
